Latvia-based electronic ID document integrator X INFOTECH has announced the successful deployment of a biometric enrolment solution for the Lithuanian Police.Working with local partner ATEA, the firm has developed an enrolment solution that reads fingerprints, as well as captures photo, signature and biographic data in compliance with the international ICAO requirements.Afterwards, biometric data is encrypted and exported to the central system which is integrated with the population register to prevent the issuance of document duplicates.The solution has been designed to ensure accurate capture in conjunction with storage of data for issuance of identity documents such as passports, identity cards and residence permits.”X INFOTECH is proud to be a key supplier of the biometric enrolment software in our neighbour country, Lithuania. ߪ.
