The Secure Identity & Biometrics Association (SIBA) has named Michael Dougherty as its new CEO.Dougherty joins SIBA from the Raytheon Company, where he worked for six years as a Director of Business Development in Homeland Security Programs.”I'll be working with our members to engage with government, the private sector and stakeholders on the advantages that flow from identity assurance. There is deep subject matter expertise here, and we mean to leverage it,” remarked Dougherty.Janice Kephart, former CEO and founder of SIBA, will remain on the board of directors after she was last week named as taking the position of Homeland Security Director at SAFRAN MorphoTrak.
