Sweden's Economic Crimes Bureau has said insider trading charges have been brought against the former CEO and two former directors of biometrics firm Fingerprint Cards.The ECB wrote on its website that a fourth person who is related to one of the former board members from the fingerprint sensor firm, had also been indicted.It added that the indictment contains 16 counts related to stock trading during the period December 2012 – March 2014.”Trade occurred with shares and so-called 'turbo warrants', derivative instruments with a high risk, but with the potential for great returns,” writes the ECB.The trade, according to the indictment, was worth about SEK 70 million (US$8.5m), generating a profit of over SEK 10 million.Former chief executive Johan Carlstrom was replaced in May after suspicions of insider trading surfaced last year.
