ID tech firms Idemia and Semlex are vying for an Ivory Coast voter card deal, according to an industry report.The French company Idemia and Belgian firm Semlex are both in the running, according to Africa Intelligence.In December, two months after the violence that led to the cancellation of several municipal elections in Ivory Coast, violence has again marred the resumption of the once cancelled elections.
