Alfa Bank Kazakhstan has integrated recognition of Kazakhstan passport and ID cards developed by Smart Engines, an AI-based Computer Vision software developer, into its mobile application.The new feature also allows quick scanning of all the types of bank cards, including embossed and flat, as well as vertical cards and cards with data on the back.Smart Engines' technologies are based on breakthrough scientific research into optical recognition systems. The scanning is performed in a fraction of a second and is secure in terms of private and confidential data processing, as all the calculations are done on the mobile device, without transferring the document image to a third-party service."We constantly improve our application with cutting-edge technologies.
