More than two million travellers are now enrolled in the Transportation Security Administration's TSA Pre program, MorphoTrust USA (Safran) has announced.MorphoTrust is currently the sole enrolment services provider for TSA Pre.According to the company, IdentoGO Centers by MorphoTrust are now processing nearly 50% more applications every day, compared to earlier in 2015.MorphoTrust USA says IdentoGO Centers enrol thousands of people each day in a growing network of more than 355 locations that service TSA Pre applicants. The company adds: "MorphoTrust has made it easier for customers to apply for the popular travel programme by expanding the number and hours of operations of our centres, launching a mobile enrolment programme for businesses and other organisations, and through partnerships such as H&R Block to provide enrolment services at a growing number of retail locations." "The TSA Pre program has proven to be a true win-win with enhanced security for the entire air travel system and convenience for the traveling public," says Charles Carroll, senior vice president of identity services at MorphoTrust. TSA Pre is an expedited security screening programme that connects travellers departing from more than 150 US airports with smarter security and a more convenient travel experience. TSA Pre travellers do not need to remove shoes, laptops, liquids, belts or light jackets at security checkpoints.
