The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has announced a multi-year contract with US biometrics firm NEC Corporation that will see the latter's Integra-ID 5 multi-modal solution deployed for law enforcement identity services.Services offered by Integra-ID 5 include advanced latent fingerprint processing including multi-algorithm encoding and fusion matching on NEC's Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) platform.
