Norwegian fingerprint identification and authentication solutions firm Idex has announced that it is collaborating with Shenzhen Excelsecu to develop battery-less dual-interface biometric cards with a display. Excelsecu is a Chinese supplier and solution provider of data security. The company's product portfolio includes a wide range of security products including display cards, authentication dongles and tokens, as well as smart cards.Excelsecu's customers span the financial services industry plus government and enterprise. Several of China's largest banks are customers including the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the Agricultural Bank of China, and the Bank of Communications.
