The firm states that it can search 500 million to over a billion images in seconds, with matching speeds in excess of 25 million comparisons per CPU core, per second. “This capability incorporates a game-changing facial recognition algorithm that not only enables very large databases to be searched on mobile platforms, but does so with incredibly fast search times, and exceptional facial recognition accuracy for constrained and unconstrained face images”.
