Swedish biometrics firm Fingerprint Cards has announced that former CEO Johan Carlström will leave his employment there to focus on his role as an entrepreneur and major shareholder in Fingerprint CardsCarlström will continue to contribute to the company's development through the role as major shareholder, added FPC.Meanwhile, an agreement between Carlström and the Company was reached on October 9, 2016 that states Carlström's severance pay amounts to SEK 10.86 million, which he receives when the employment is terminated, on October 15, 2016. The sum is equivalent to 36 months of salary. The search for a new business developer will begin shortly.”FPC and I have come to a decision which means that I leave my employment as business developer. Entrepreneurship and company development are important to me and my commitments outside the company are becoming increasingly time consuming. With the recruitment of Christian Fredrikson and the company's strong market position, I now feel safe to leave the operational work.
