Fingerprint Cards says an exercise of warrants has resulted in a share capital increase of SEK 253,600 (US$30,000) to SEK 12,647,827 at end of October 2015.The report comes just three days before the firm's anticipated release of its third quarter report.In its statement, the company noted that the number of shares has risen by 1,265,000 Class B shares, whereby the number of Class B shares subsequently amounts to 62,039,135 while the number of Class A shares remains unchanged at 1,200,000. The total number of shares amounts to 62,239,135 shares. The total number of shares thereby corresponds to 74,039,135 voting rights.The exercise price for the shares was SEK 9.72, which means that SEK 12,295,800 was contributed to the company.
