Swedish sensor firm Fingerprint Cards has announced that an exercise of warrants has been registered in March 2016 and resulted in Fingerprint Cards' share capital has increased.Its has share capital rose by SEK 184,000 (US22,720) whereby it amounted to SEK 12,907,827 at end of March 2016.The number of shares has risen by 920,000 Class B shares, whereby the number of Class B shares subsequently amounts to 63,339,135 while the number of Class A shares remains unchanged at 1,200,000. The total number of shares amounts to 64,539,135 shares. The total number of shares thereby corresponds to 75,339,135 voting rights.The exercise price for the shares was SEK 52.35.An Extraordinary General Meeting on March 4, 2013 resolved to approve the warrants program.
