An SaaS-Cloud ePassport issuance system developed by WorldReach for six British Overseas Territories has gone live.The system, which complies with the data security and privacy requirements of Her Majesty's Passport Office (HMPO), is in place for Anguilla, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos Islands and the British Virgin Islands.WorldReach noted in a statement that this is the first-ever secure, Cloud-based issuance system in use for any country, and now fulfils the complete application and issuance process of both full validity ePassports and emergency travel documents for each territory."WorldReach Software was an excellent choice for our passport project," states Dr. Danette Ming, Chief Immigration Officer, Government of Bermuda, "WorldReach understands our needs, provides a very solid and cost-effective technical solution and they are extremely responsive whenever we have any questions or concerns."WorldReach Software currently supplies consular software and fosters best practices used by more than 3,000 daily users in over 950 sites
