Education technology firm, Blackboard, and Entrust Datacard have launched the Datacard TruCredential Blackboard edition software suite – a solution for creating, issuing and managing student IDs and credentials. According to the two firms, this technology enables institutions to roll out basic photo IDs as well as high-assurance credentials.The companies say: "With the browser-based TruCredential suite, Blackboard Transaction System users will be able to easily scale from a single workstation or user to a multi-workstation application with more functionality.
