India’s National Health Authority has appointed Life Clips’ subsidiary Belfrics in the national rollout of 1 million Ayushman Bharat healthcare digital IDs.
Meanwhile the report, ‘Operationalising Unified Health Interface (UHI) in India’, has been released which outlines technical considerations for the interoperability between healthcare services and patients for better communication and exchange of medical information.
The UHI is the foundational framework which India’s mission to upgrade its digital healthcare infrastructure is built upon. The significant interest in digital healthcare systems built on blockchain has generated patient ID to securely access and share medical records with the healthcare profession, patient record management and patient registration.
Leveraging blockchain, the UHI Network should securely and efficiently share medical information between different medical services.
