Biometrics firm Auraya has said its co-founder and chief technical officer, Clive Summerfield, will be attending the Great Debate: Responsible and Ethical use of Biometrics on the 6th of June in Brussels, Belgium.In partnership with the Biometric Institute, the debate will be hosted by Microsoft and sponsored by Gemalto. It will be a one day event on June 6th and will go from 9.30AM to 1.45PM.This event follows the successful Biometrics and GDPR seminar held in Brussels last year in 2018. In its follow up return, the debate will focus on creating disruptive dialogue regarding the future of biometrics technology. Regulators & privacy advocates, key international & European institutions, biometrics & industry experts and private sector organisations &governments will be invited to attend and participate in the great debate.
