The 11th Government Forum on Electronic Identity, organised by APSCA, provides a comprehensive coverage of relevant issues in digital identity management; from foundational identity programs such as national ID and civil registration, to functional applications such as the use of electronic identity in social protection and labor, elections, health care, mobile payments, to improving national security, border management and population management of refugees and other migratory groups. In its 11th year the forum is hosted by the Information & Communication Technology Division, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
