South Korean biometric firm Suprema has announced a partnership with British IP access control and door entry solutions company Paxton that will see the firms' technologies integrated.The agreement will see Suprema's biometric access control readers integrated with Paxton's Net2software via a plug-in to the latter's existing platform software.Customers will now be able to enroll users, create biometric tokens and automatically link user templates to Suprema readers through a new embedded 'Suprema Biometrics' button.Young S Moon, vice president of Suprema, said “The integration of Suprema's biometric readers with Paxton's Net2 access control is a good combination of state-of-the-art solutions in each category of biometrics and access control.”Last November, Suprema announced that it won the “Best Product” award for its fingerprint access control terminal, BioEntry W, at the All-Over-IP Expo in Moscow.
