Voice and vision biometrics firm Sensory has confirmed that it plans to work with Nok Nok Labs on voice and facial based authentication solutions that meet Fast Identity Online (FIDO) Alliance standards.Sensory's solutions include TrulySecure, a combined voice and vision biometric authentication solution for mobile Phones, tablets and PCs that stores biometric data on devices rather than in the cloud.Meanwhile, Nok Nok Labs – a founding member of FIDO – offers a authentication suite for Internet-scale applications and services that has been built on authentication suite built from the ground up using FIDO's protocol.The company's NNL S3 integrates fingerprint biometrics, voice biometrics, face biometrics, secure elements, trusted platform modules and removable tokens. “Nok Nok Labs is one of the leaders in the movement towards user-friendly, strong authentication solutions,” noted Todd Mozer, CEO of Sensory Inc. “We look forward to working with them to power the next generation of security for their customers' products.””Providing support for biometric authentication is an important component of the mission of Nok Nok Labs and the FIDO Alliance-and offers a superior approach to current weak authentication alternatives,” said Ramesh Kesanupalli, Founder of Nok Nok Labs and FIDO Visionary.”We are happy to partner with Sensory to combine their voice and vision technology with our S3 Authentication Suite.
