Lenovo's Motorola has launched a range of new range of smartphones featuring a fingerprint sensor from Fingerprint Cards.The company's new mid-range Moto G lineup includes the Moto G4, Moto G Plus and Moto G Play, with only the Moto G Plus featuring a sensor.The G4 and G4 Plus have a 1080p 5.5-inch panel. Powering that display is a Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor paired with 2GB or 4GB of RAM depending on how much storage you opt for.Sweden's Fingerprint Cards has confirmed that the G Plus features FPC's touch fingerprint sensor FPC1035. Jörgen Lantto, CEO of FPC, commented: “Lenovo is a leading global smartphone manufacturer and the Moto brand has always stood for innovation and high quality. We are proud that Motorola selected FPC1035 for its Moto G4 Plus. FPC1035 supports 360 degree finger rotation capability, fast response time and industry leading 3D image quality”.
