Chinese data security product vendor and smart card manufacturer, Shenzhen Excelsecu Data Technology (Excelsecu) has joined GlobalPlatform as the association's latest Observer Member. The company, which supplies the banking sector, will contribute to the GlobalPlatform Advisory Council and take an active interest in the Security Task Force."As a data security provider, it is imperative that we proactively engage with the technical development and direction of the GlobalPlatform Specifications, in order that we remain at the forefront of our industry," says Weifeng Liu, product and technical director of Excelsecu.
