Access-IS, a manufacturer of products designed to capture and transfer information into electronic systems, has announced the completion of a management buy-out.Following a period of sustained growth, in excess of 15% year on year, the management team, led by CEO, Guy-Franck Nakach, have acquired the business and are focused on the company's commitment to being leaders in the development of truly innovative products.
