Budget Chinese smartphone maker UMi has revealed a new smartphone featuring a 3D fingerprint scanner developed by a domestic manufacturer.The UMi Super integrates the 4th generation 3D fingerprint sensor from Microarray.A report by GizChina notes that the sensor takes about 10 seconds to register an average fingeprint and the unlock speed is as fast as 0.1S in lab tests.UMi Super presales are starting May 23rd for $249.99.According to the firm's website, Microarray is a company of Suzhou Mindray Microelectronics Co. which was established in March 2014, and has an R & D headquarters located in Suzhou Industrial Park, with offices in Shanghai and Shenzhen
