Turkish bank Yapı Kredi plans to add EyeVerify's biometric security application to its mobile banking app.The bank will use the firm's Eyeprint ID for mobile banking login and cardless cash withdrawals.The solution has been deployed in partnership with IT solution provider and system integrator Olcsan.Yakup Dogan, Assistant General Manager, Yapı Kredi states: “With our latest mobile app update, we continue to push the boundaries of convenient mobile banking for our customers. Allowing our customers to access all banking transactions in the app with simple Eyeprint ID verification addresses two major shortcomings for mobile banking customers today: security and recalling passwords.”Burak Sondal, General Manager of Ölçsan states: “Eyeprint ID provides an easy authentication solution to banks such as Yapı Kredi that want to improve the mobile user experience without compromising security. With 99.998% accuracy and speeds of less than a second, it is an easy choice for our clients.”
