Entrust Datacard has announced that Tony Ball has been appointed to the role of senior vice president and general manager of Identity and Access Management. This newly-created position will report directly to Todd Wilkinson, CEO and president of the company, where Ball will be responsible for driving the strategy and growing the solution segments of Identity, Access Management and Authentication."Entrust Datacard is moving into a tremendous phase of growth and the addition of Tony will set us up to further strengthen our leadership within the industry," said Wilkinson. Prior to that, Ball was with Gemalto – working as the senior vice president, Northern Europe, where he drove strategy for the banking, security and mobile international markets.
