Oberthur Technologies (OT) has appointed Timothy Feely as Group General Counsel, in charge of all legal activities.Mr Feely joined OT in 2007 as general counsel for the Americas Region, responsible for all legal aspects of the company's operations in the US, Canada and Latin America. Prior to this, he worked at Carmen Group in the US where he was general counsel. He was previously senior associate at Carr, Morris & Graeff, a mid-sized law firm with primary practice concentration in general corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital.Mr Feely is a graduate from the Catholic University, Columbus School of Law in Washington DC.
