Anthropic pulled together a global industry consortium forming the Project Glasswing, which has been hyped around the world with the support of Microsoft, Apple, Google, Cisco, Amazon, JP MorganChase and CrowdStrike.
The union veiled the fact that a new global AI model had secretly arrived, called Claude Mythos, with infinite capabilities to detect vulnerabilities in existing models or legacy systems.
It has advanced coding and intelligence capabilities in cybersecurity and to outperform hackers, the tool was initially held back due to the concern it could be weaponised by fraudsters.
Mythos is their latest model in a family of AI systems, harnessed together with the company’s AI assistant and equivalent systems to Chat GPT and Google’s Gemini.

On April 22, Microsoft acknowledged a partnership in the project to bolster its cybersecurity strategy and address potential vulnerabilities within its extensive software ecosystem.
Anthopic says “Mythos Preview has already found thousands of high-severity vulnerabilities, including some in every major operating system and web browser”.
