Major US banks Chase and Bank of America have added fingerprint support for their android banking apps.Chase revealed the feature in an updated app released on Monday, meaning customers on Android phones can use fingerprint verification to sign in.Certain functions within the app may still require users to enter their password for additional authentication.Users also need to be on Android 6.0 in order to take advantage of the feature.Last week, Bank of America also added support for Android Marshmallow's native fingerprint recognition API.For BoA, customers are now able to order checks through the app and even customize them, as well as track your order. You can also now choose how you deposit checks.
