Self-service kiosk, rugged mobile kit and handheld device firm Laxton Group is launching its new instant issuance kiosk at an upcoming show in Johannesburg, South Africa.Darren Reid, Managing Director at Laxton Technologies SA, commented: "The Instant Issuance Kiosk is a kiosk solution that enables banking clients to apply for and receive a fully personalized EMV2 Debit/Credit card in real time. It can be seamlessly integrated into the existing banking infrastructure. Kiosk based Instant Issuance is a giant step in customer service and offers a great potential for cost reduction at the same time."The solutions will be displayed at the Cards & Payments show on 1-2 March at the Sandton Convention Centre."We see a strong movement in the banking sector to increase the Credit Card penetration in the African and Asian markets," adds Arnd Langguth, Group VP Sales & Business Development.
