Data capture Kofax has launched a mobile capture framework that powers the capture and submittal of proof of identity documents.Kofax's Mobile ID lets an organization's customers submit proof of their identity as part of an account opening or other process by simply taking a picture of their driver license, passport or national identity card using their smartphone or other mobile device.Mobile ID then extracts and validates the business critical content and submits it to Kofax TotalAgility, a smart process application development and deployment platform."The Age of the Customer dictates that companies provide easier, more efficient ways for customers to safely conduct business while on the go," said Drew Hyatt, Senior Vice President of Mobile Applications at Kofax."By extending our industry-leading capture, extraction and transformation technology to mobile devices, Kofax empowers businesses to meet their customers where and however they choose, simplifying and transforming the critical First Mile of engagement."
