Sweden's Fingerprint Cards has revealed that its touch fingerprint sensor FPC1025 features in Huawei's new MaiMang 5 smartphone.As per a listing on TENAA, the Chinese network certification website, the Huawei Maimang 5 has a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920 x 1080 resolution, a 2.0 GHz Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor and 3/4GB RAM.It offers 16/32G/64 GB of internal storage, 128 GB expandable storage slot, a 16 megapixel rear camera, an 8 megapixel front facing camera and a 3270 mAh battery.In May, a fingerprint sensor market analyst has predicted that Chinese smartphone maker Huawei could ship '90-100m' fingerprint sensor smartphones in 2016.Meanwhile, earlier this week FPC noted that its touch sensor, the FPC1035, features in the Huawei Honor 8.
