Swedish biometrics firm Fingerprints in automotive tie-up has announced a partnership with Altran to offer biometric solutions for the automotive industry. Fingerprints noted that it offers both fingerprint and iris based biometric products that can be used in a wide range of different use cases in automotive vehicles.”Personalization, access control and payments are some examples where biometrics gives a simple and secure identification in automotive applications”, said the firm.
