Facial recognition specialists FacePhi have revealed a mobile banking solution it has developed called Selphi.Launched at MWC with the slogan “you blink, you're in”, the company says Selphi has been developed with a new generation of algorithms that learns while you use it.The solution also incorporates a better and more robust lighting processing technology and the most advanced liveness detector in the market, according to FacePhi.In terms of specs, the company notes that Selphi offers Pose detection +/- 15°on each direction, high tolerance against lighting changes and a unique and non-transferable features coding algorithm.On android, it offers a detection process average time around 129 milliseconds, but on iOS this is only around 58 milliseconds. For both, the facial template size is 6244 bytes.
