Card printers solutions firm Evolis has revealed that during the third quarter, the company achieved sales totalling € 19.6m (US$22m), an increase of 31% versus the same quarter of the previous period.Following a first half marked by the high-volume agreement signed with the Republic of Tanzania, this quarterly performance was sustained by a highly dynamic Projects activity. Growth in this activity (+ 74% and € 5.4m achieved in the 3rd quarter alone) was driven by the on-going bank migration in the United States and the smooth performance of several major projects in the Asia-Pacific area. In the first nine months of the financial year, sales in Projects mode for the Americas grew 39.3%.The Channels business also developed strongly during this quarter, reaching € 13.2m in billings for 21% growth compared to the same quarter of 2014. This activity performed especially well on the Indian market with a strong increase vs. the 3rd quarter 2014.Geographically, 91% of sales over the nine-month period were achieved internationally, mainly in the EMEA and Americas zones, which benefit from the excellent joint dynamics of Channels and Projects.Capitalising on a positive internal and external environment while taking into account the strong base effect of the 4th quarter 2014, Evolis confirms its consolidated growth forecast of 25% in 2015.Evolis will be exhibiting at SDW 2016, 10-12 May, London, UK.
