Gaining proof of identity from a trusted source like a bank through ConnectID approves first-time Refundid customers seeking an instant refund.

Refundid facilitates the repayment to the customer of some Australia’s biggest retailers, but must approve the returns claim and the individual’s right identity to make a repayment. The fintech solution for the retail sector has integrated with the Australian Payments Plus owned digital identity solution, leveraging its third-party data approach.

This recent collaboration will join over 160 globally recognisable brands using the intelligent services to elevate customer experiences by reducing the need for manual data entry. The trusted data from ConnectID protects against refund fraud and other risks associated with sharing sensitive information directly.
