Newly created identity solutions and access firm BioConnect announced today that they will be demonstrating a new cloud-based identity application at an upcoming show.The company said BioConnect TeamWorks is the first – an identity application using verified identity with workforce management to track employee attendance and absence management. The solution will be unveiled at ISC West from April 6-8.”BioConnect combines the leading-edge biometric hardware from Suprema with TeamWorks to provide complete and accurate visibility into the workforce. TeamWorks is designed specifically for businesses with 1 to 100 locations. It supports unique requirements for managing vacation and sick days, payroll, attendance tracking, as well as for compliance issues, such as mandatory breaks and overtime laws that vary regionally”.”Organizations that manually track time often struggle with similar processes to track employee absences.
