At Identity Week America 2024, SITA announced its Smart Path technology had biometrically enabled 5,000 touchpoints in 43 airports to make outbound experiences seamless.
The challenge SITA posed to the industry was to make the inbound experience welcoming too, to follow in the footsteps of the Government of Aruba’s One Pass, in partnership with SITA, which delivers the seamless inbound travel experience.
