Passengers travelling through Aéroport Guadeloupe Maryse Condé are now benefiting from a new generation of automated self-service e-gates designed to make airport processing faster and more secure.
The newly installed gates integrate EASIER’s hardware with RESA’s PAXTRACK solution, the result of a collaborative effort between EASIER, RESA, and the airport’s operational teams.
The integrated system enables travellers to access security and boarding gates through automated, self-service validation. By using real-time verification, the technology helps reduce queues and waiting times, easing congestion during peak travel periods.
The solution supports both biometric and barcode identification, allowing for seamless passenger verification while maintaining high security standards. In addition, airport operations teams gain access to real-time monitoring and analytics, providing greater visibility into passenger flows and operational performance.
According to project partners, the system has been designed to ensure full compliance with security and data protection regulations, reinforcing trust and reliability alongside efficiency gains.
The introduction of these e-gates underscores Guadeloupe Airport’s commitment to enhancing the passenger journey through innovation, while strengthening collaboration with technology partners to meet growing travel demand.
