The acquisition of IDEMIA Smart Identity by IN Groupe is complete, as the one entity will continue to shape the future identity landscape.
During the transition in the last few months, IDEMIA upheld their service excellence for customers as their new owners hailed the strengths of the business recruiting 4,000 dedicated professionals that have built a unique portfolio of products and services across the entire identity value chain.
Since the 2024 reorganisation, IDEMIA has decisively executed and focused on two strategic pillars: IDEMIA Secure Transactions and IDEMIA Public Security, to enhance capabilities as one larger entity to better serve clients around the world and accelerate growth. IN Groupe are “pressing ahead” with its “transformation” in the markets of biometrics and cryptography.
