B-FY’s debut appearance at Identity Week Europe 2024 brought their innovative offline biometric identification solution to the fore in a very visual showcase for our attendees.
They challenge the traditional cyber access protocol that itself generates cybercriminals.
B-FY has pivoted the approach to solving this issue over the last 10 years from patented random key encryption systems to fundamentally changing how cybersecurity tech works today. They ditch identity-to-identity matching, which “opens the gate to whoever presents the identity” and not the human.
“There is no vicinity of identifying the person who comes with it”.
These are the words of B-FY’s Chief Innovation Officer, Klaas Zwart, reflecting the triumphs and trials of getting their solution to where it is today.
Crucially, B-FY does not allow “identities” to make decisions.
We asked Klaas:
- Describe your history and the reason why you created B-FY
- Explain how B-FY stops cybercrime and why other solutions can not stop it
- B-FY’s solutions reject many forms of traditional authentication in favour of modern authentication. How does B-FY eliminate the risk of identity theft?
- Please describe how B-FY uses the biometric capabilities of the mobile device offline
- How do you envision your growth? Is your solution integratable with other solutions of customers and partners?
