Airline check-in testing using the EUDI Wallet

Hundreds of testers are called to participate in a pilot campaign launched by Lufthansa, which will sample a EU digital identity wallet to enhance the digital experience of online check-in.

The campaign will give participants a test identity called Hanna Matkalainen, a Finnish citizen, to help complete tests for airline online check-in using the EU wallet. 

Users will need to load their Personal Identification Data (PID) and PhotoID  in the Data Wallet developed by iGrant.io.

Follow these steps to create a digital identity in the wallet using your mobile :

1. Open the link using your mobile
2. Select Persona Hanna
3. Press the button “Connect Wallet” to load PID
4. Please switch back  screen from Data Wallet to EWC website
5. Press the button “Connect Wallet” to load PhotoID
