ForgeRock announces IPO pricing

ForgeRock a global identity leader, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $25.00 per share. In addition, ForgeRock has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 16, 2021 under the ticker symbol “FORG”. The offering is expected to close on September 20, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, Mizuho Securities, and HSBC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. BTIG, Cowen, Piper Sandler, Truist Securities, and William Blair are acting as co-managers for the offering.

Tschudy joins ForgeRock from Cisco where she served as Senior Vice President of People and Communities, overseeing people, talent, rewards, recruiting and leadership development strategies for the company’s Customer Experience, Operations and Global Sales, Marketing and Partner organizations. Prior to Cisco, Tschudy was a Senior Leader in Human Resources at AOL/Time Warner, having started her path to the company with Netscape Communications.
