Dutch biometric election firm GenKey has enrolled 24 million eligible Tanzanian voters biometrically in the country's Permanent Voter Register (PVR) ahead of an upcoming national vote.The solutions used to enrol the Tanzanians include GenKey's Voter ID Management Solution (SPiRE), its Automated Biometric Identification Solution (ABIS) for deduplication, and its Adjudication solution.GenKey's biometric-based deduplication solution was selected to ensure that each voter is enrolled only once.
