Voice biometrics firm Auraya Systems has released ArmorVox 2015, saying it is the world's first “Universal Speaker Recognition” system.Auraya says ArmorVox 2015 is the only product to support text-dependent, text-independent; text-prompted, fast cross matching for speaker identification and gender detection, citing speaker adaptive voice biometrics algorithms.”ArmorVox 2015 is the culmination of 10 years of intensive R&D and market research”, explained Dr Summerfield, Auraya Founder and CEO. “By fusing technologies into a single software license; Partners can implement Active and Passive voice biometric applications; fraud detection and tracking solutions and gender detection all using a single software license.”ArmorVox 2015 also has an extended front-end with better noise suppression and improved mobile phone and cross-channel performance, adds the firm.On 5 February, Cloud-based voice automation firm Inference Solutions said it had integrated a voice biometrics solution developed by Auraya Systems into its software.Auraya Systems' ArmorVox system has been integrated with the Inference Studio platform, enabling the latter's users to confirm caller identity with voice biometrics rather than extensive security questioning.
